the client for this project approached us after a troublesome time with earlier applications (5 in total) that were refused by the local authorities. our team suggested a redesign using our firms design philosophies, yet fulfilling the clients brief. the result, a pair of contemporary residences that are aesthetically pleasing yet functional and subsequently have been approved to the delight of our client.
