a minimal scheme using pure geometry as its design philosophy which is apparent in both planning and the articulation of the façade. the proposed finishes and colour scheme are considered quite avant-garde; however, this is fitting due to the exclusivity of the suburb the development resides in. the two four bedroom dwellings have been designed to maximise water views.
