the lemanor was a project that came to us with a substandard history. the project was lodged to council for a development application through a building design firm and after 11 months, it was no closer to being approved from the day of the original submission. the client frustrated with the situation, engaged our services to complete their partially resolved da submission. our team highlighted a number of non-compliance's and suggested the amendments necessary to have the scheme approved as quickly as possible. council was delighted with the fresh new ideas, resulting in our clients obtaining an approval within 6 weeks of the day we were engaged to complete the project.
